</strong>The storage and retrieval of information for analysis and decision support.</p>
<p><strong>2) Automation:</strong><br />
The automation of the delivery of a product or service.</p>
<p>I focus on the latter &#8211; although much of my automation takes the form of Executive Management &amp; Reporting Systems.</p>
