Other than that, establish yourself as an expert. Also, consider starting a blog and newsletter about tools, tips, and strategies for MS Office/Excel. This is a great way to be deemed an expert. Establishing a niche is important - focus on 1 or 2 things from a marketing perspective. Reach out first to people you know. Currently, out of work and looking to freelance, one of my questions is whether or not I am allowed to designate myself as an Excel anything without Microsoft certification.
