Pro bono presentations, workshops, and keynotes

Every year I do several pro bono keynote presentations or workshops. Typically, it is for a long-time client or an organization that I wish to support.

As we move towards 2011, my goal is to do 2 pro bono presentations each month. This will be strictly on a first-come, first serve basis. Also, there are some qualifying factors.

I am in the process of updating several workshop summaries but you can find several here, on this site, or in this post from my career/professional development blog at Toolbox.com.

If your organization would like to “get on the pro-bono” list, please send me an email with details about the when, what, and where of your event.

Pro-bono Speaker Request Qualifying Terms/Criteria:

Local (Greater Los Angeles Area) Preferred
I will consider some out of area engagements but travel, lodging, and dining expense will be covered in advance.
20 or more participants
You will video-tape presentation for me and grant me full-permission & rights to use the video on my website, for promotion, and as future product.
You and your organization are cool, fun, and easy-to-work with.
This last criteria trumps all others. Why? If I am providing a valuable service at no cost, I want to work with cool people. I’m cool, you should be too!
