One of the workshops I provide, Don’t Waste Your Time: The Ugly Truth About Social Media, seems to resonate with audience attendees. Most have been told they need to be on social media sites and they’ve been instructed how to use the tools. Unfortunately, they find results hard to come by.

The truth is, most people are doing social media wrong. I’ve gone through some of the slide of my presentation and broken them into 4 digestible segments. I realize 20 minutes is a long time, so each segment is about 5 minutes long.
