Matt is a seasoned, executive level consultant who started his technology career with Blue Cross of California/Wellpoint (Anthem) where he developed a number of critical systems, including their contract assembly and tracking system. This system dramatically improved contract production and led to consulting work with Healthnet, Pacificare, Latham & Watkins, and several other insurance and legal entities.

Over the next few years Moran extended his client base across additional industries, performing work in manufacturing, entertainment, mortgage and banking, home building and real estate, and retail.

Using a unique philosophy and methodology, Concept Over Process, he has created an organization that is passionate about our clients; both their business and their technical solutions.

Matt is also an author of numerous articles and a couple books. His latest, Building Your I.T. Career, is a career development manual for the I.T. professional. The book covers business acumen, soft-skills, and career planning, and focusing on the value the IT professional brings to their organization. The “Toolkit” is used by colleges and universities worldwide to help computer professionals build dynamc and rewarding careers.
